This notice describes information handling on the scapr marketing website. It does not cover customer records, payments, crew location, or messages processed through a separate scapr service.
Information you enter
The setup planner asks for a business name, fleet size, property count, and an administrative priority. The website uses these entries in your browser to create a downloadable checklist. The planner does not send the entries to scapr, subscribe you to a mailing list, or create an account.
Please do not enter customer personal information, payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in the planner.
Information used to deliver the website
Loading the website sends normal web requests to the hosting service. Those requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. The hosting service may process operational or security logs to provide and protect the website.
If the hosting service asks you to sign in, that sign-in is handled by the hosting provider. The scapr page does not receive your password. The provider’s own privacy notice governs its account and hosting practices. Scapr does not specify or control that provider’s log-retention period in this notice.
Analytics, advertising, and storage
This website’s application code does not include analytics trackers, advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or browser storage for planner entries. Fonts, images, and the 3D library are served with the website. See the cookie policy for the distinction between this website and its hosting service.
The local planner entries are not sent to an advertising service, sold, or used for targeted advertising by this website.
Downloads and your choices
A checklist remains on your device after you download it. You control how it is stored, shared, and deleted. Closing or reloading the page clears the application’s in-memory planner state; your browser may separately retain form history according to your settings.
You can browse without using the planner, change browser cookie settings, and delete local downloads or saved form history. Requests concerning a hosting account should be directed to that provider through its account or privacy controls.
Changes and separate services
The date above identifies the current version of this notice. If scapr adds inquiry collection, analytics, payment processing, account registration, or other data processing to this website, this notice must be updated to describe those practices. Separate product services require their own applicable privacy information before use.
