Using the website

You may browse the website, explore product information, and generate a setup checklist for your business. Do not use the website to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, distribute malicious code, or infringe another person’s rights.

Product information and availability

Product information describes the intended scapr experience. Availability, supported workflows, pricing, integrations, and assistance are confirmed separately before enrollment. Viewing the website or downloading a checklist does not enroll your business or guarantee access to a particular feature.

Product visuals explain workflows. They are not customer endorsements or guarantees of collection amounts, time savings, business results, or error-free operation.

Planning tools

The setup planner creates a file on your device. It does not submit a sales inquiry, book an appointment, send messages, authorize charges, or create customer records. Review the checklist for your business before relying on it.

Content and software

The scapr name, branding, copy, and original visual assets are provided for viewing and evaluating scapr. The website does not grant a general right to reuse the brand or redistribute its content. Third-party software remains subject to its own license; the Three.js license is available here. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.

Links and hosting

Links may lead to services controlled by others. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services. The website may require hosting-provider authentication independently of any scapr product account.

Updates and availability

The website and these terms may be updated as scapr develops. Content or features may be changed or unavailable during maintenance. These website terms do not set payment, cancellation, data-processing, support, or service-level terms for a future scapr subscription; those belong in a separate service agreement.
